We will provide our decision
We provide our decision in writing. It will include:

A client in Quebec has the right to have their complaint record examined by the AMF if they are not satisfied with the resolution. If a client requests us to transfer the complaint record to the AMF, we will do so within 15 days of the request. You may contact the AMF at: 1-877-525-0337 or by finding their contact information at www.lautorite.qc.ca.

A word about legal advice
You always have the right to go to a lawyer or seek other ways of resolving your dispute at any time. A lawyer can advise you of your options. There are time limits for taking legal action. Delays could limit your options and legal rights later on.
